This policy applies to each Ironic Name Here Games title that links to it, including Zilch, and to ironicnamehere.com. Ironic Name Here Games is responsible for the information described here. Contact privacy@ironicnamehere.com.

Information you provide

• Account information. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive a provider-specific user identifier and, when available, your email address and display name. We do not receive your provider password.
• Support communications. We receive your email address and message contents.

Information collected automatically

• Gameplay information. Scores, games played, play duration, events, progress, and settings. Signed-in statistics and settings are associated with your account and saved in Google Cloud Firestore. Otherwise, gameplay records remain on-device except for analytics events.
• Analytics and diagnostics. Google Analytics for Firebase may collect app interactions, session information, device and app identifiers, device model, operating-system and app version, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or performance information. We use it to understand gameplay, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
• Advertising information. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may collect or receive IP address, approximate location, advertising or device identifiers, app interactions, ad impressions and rewarded-video views, and diagnostics to deliver and measure interstitial and rewarded ads, limit abuse, and prevent fraud. A rewarded ad provides only the stated one-time game benefit, not a permanent entitlement.
• Consent choices. Where required, we and Google record advertising and privacy choices so they can be applied.

We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, health data, payment-card data, or file contents through the Services.

• provide, cap, measure, and protect advertising;
• analyze gameplay and improve balance, usability, and reliability;
• respond to support and privacy requests;
• detect security incidents, fraud, and misuse; and
• comply with law and enforce agreements.

• Google provides Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Google Analytics for Firebase, Cloud Firestore, and AdMob. Google processes information under its terms and as our service provider or an independent controller depending on context.
• Apple provides Sign in with Apple and App Store distribution.
• Professional and legal recipients may receive information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. AdMob’s disclosure of identifiers and activity may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some laws. Where required, we request consent or provide an opt-out.

Where required, we process information to provide requested Services, for legitimate interests in operating and securing them, based on consent, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through available privacy settings or by contacting us, without affecting earlier processing.

Depending on device and region, you can manage consent in the in-game privacy-options screen and limit or reset advertising identifiers in device settings. Google also provides advertising controls. Choices may reduce personalization but do not necessarily remove ads.

• Account and cloud gameplay data is kept while the account exists and deleted with the account, subject to short-lived backups and legal or security exceptions.
• Local gameplay data remains until cleared, the account is deleted in-game, app storage is cleared, or the game is uninstalled, depending on platform and feature.
• Analytics and advertising data follows the applicable Google service’s retention settings and policies. Aggregated or de-identified data may remain.
• Support messages are generally retained up to 24 months after closure unless longer retention is reasonably required.

Signed-in players can delete their account in the game’s Settings. This deletes the game account, associated cloud gameplay data, and locally cached account data. You may also request deletion without reinstalling through our Account & Data Deletion page. We may verify control of the relevant Google or Apple account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have appeal and nondiscrimination rights.

Email privacy@ironicnamehere.com with “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal,” your country or U.S. state, and the game involved. We verify and respond within applicable legal periods. Authorized agents may act where permitted. You may complain to your local authority; Maryland residents may contact the Maryland Attorney General.

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information. Store age ratings do not by themselves mean a Service is child-directed.

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used by us or our providers.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including provider authentication and access-controlled cloud storage. No system is completely secure.

We may update this policy as games or obligations change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required.
